Album Cover

During my internship at Manic Kat Records, we had the privilege of collaborating with the producer of emo band My Chemical Romance’s debut album, I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love (2002), John Naclerio, to produce a tribute album.

This design takes inspiration from the original album’s artwork, created by lead singer and artist Gerard Way, who was captivated by the metaphors within Harry Houdini’s escapology.

Thesis - Record Label

As part of my college thesis, I created a conceptual record company from scratch called LavaRocks. The idea is to empower female artists by creating a female-led label that houses artists with frontwomen.

In one semester I designed a full website in Adobe XD and included an introduction video on the home page.

  • Thesis - Album Redesign

    As part of my college thesis, I chose to redesign the cover of Paramore's 2013 self-titled album and create a book with a page dedicated to each songs' lyrics.

  • This was an entirely expressive and experimental project, taking inspiration from the Memphis-Milano theme of Paramore's 2017 album After Laughter.

  • I wanted each page to have its own tone, while creating consistency through font and shape.
